Relationships are often central in our lives. The first significant relationship is the one you have with yourself, then with your significant others, and the community. It is through our everyday relationships we can begin to understand others, our communities and ourselves.

Some of the clinical approaches I use include narrative therapy, the use of art and creativity, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy (MBCT). No artistic experience is necessary; art is used for the process and is not about the outcome.
